Siegel Baseball Coach Craig Reavis Selected for Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame

Siegel High School baseball coach Craig Reavis has been selected for the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, recognizing a career that includes two state championships and 549 wins.

TBCA officials surprised Reavis with the announcement as his parents, current and former players, fellow coaches and administrators gathered to celebrate the honor.

A former Middle Tennessee State University baseball player, Reavis began his coaching career at La Vergne High School in 1997. He led the Wolverines to a state championship in 2002 before taking over Siegel’s baseball program in 2003.

At Siegel, Reavis continued his championship success, guiding the Stars to the 2016 TSSAA Class AAA state title.

His career accomplishments include seven region championships, seven state tournament appearances and two state titles. His work at La Vergne and Siegel has left a lasting mark on Rutherford County baseball and the student-athletes he has coached.

The selection also marks a family milestone. Reavis joins his father, Jackie Reavis, in the Hall of Fame, making them only the second father-son duo to receive the distinction.

The enshrinement ceremony is scheduled for Jan. 16 in Franklin.
